Definition: Syndrome characterised by bilateral granulomatous uveitis with IRITIS and secondary GLAUCOME, premature ALOPECIA, symmetrical VITILIGO, poliosis circumscripta (a strand of depigmented hair), HEARING PROBLEMS, and meningeal signs (neck stiffness and headache). Examination of the cerebrospinal fluid reveals consistency with ASEPTIC MENINGITIS.
